Start with the executive picture
Review the client-requested two-project portfolio for ATS Kajang and Hallson KLCC, with source links, billing counts, and direct access to each separate work programme.
Open Executive DashboardThis build demonstrates the proposed construction-management experience using a client-workbook snapshot, reference documents, and interactive demo scenarios. It is ready for workflow and UI acceptance; it is not yet a production system or a live synchronization platform.
Use Demo toursin the top header to tour the current section or run the chaptered 33-step, 8–10 minute construction product demonstration, now including Diesel Monitoring within Earthwork & Infrastructure. Pause, skip a chapter, or exit at any time; automated browser-demo data is restored when the tour ends.
ATS Kajang and Hallson KLCC portfolio rows, 225 programme activities from four reconciled CSV/XML files, seven ATS workbook sheets, and the supplied Map/OpenSpace links are represented as checked-in snapshots.
Navigation, project views, stage matrices, structured report and requisition forms, duplicate checks, document lineage, and AI-style action outputs demonstrate the intended user journey.
Authentication, permissions, persistent database writes, automated Excel/MS Project imports, real file storage/downloads, approved AI configuration, and audit history remain to be delivered.

Open Executive DashboardStart with the restored Sunsuria BH1–B3/B4 historical MPP pilot, then switch to the separate ATS and Hallson CSV/XML baselines. Review programme filters, virtual/site-media views, and the evidence needed for reliable revision alerts.
Open Work ProgrammeReconcile fuel stock, compare litres with productive hours and verified output, investigate transparent exception rules, and prepare a maintenance control action using client-defined sample data.
Open Diesel MonitoringSee how a QS or project team can trace each unit through its construction stage and architect certification without mixing in contractor or bank payment status.
Open Billing CertificationOpen the ATS Kajang workbook snapshot and move between its 7 sheets. This demonstrates lineage; automatic Excel refresh and source-file download are not connected yet.
Inspect Workbook SnapshotTry the intended meeting-minutes and document-analysis flows: extract issues, identify PICs, and surface actions. Live behavior depends on configured AI and persistence.
Review Meeting Minutes AIUse the monthly-report wizard for project status, progress, manpower, QA/QC and safety input. Stage-billing evidence and approvals stay in the separate requisition flow.
Open Monthly ReportingThe 208-project Central Engineering concept is presented as an independent portal, not mixed into the two-project construction workspace.
Open Central Engineering| Client asked for | Where to review it | Current status | Still required for production |
|---|---|---|---|
| Project status at a glance | Two-project executive dashboard with ATS and Hallson drill-downs | Client-requested scope + interactive POC | Connect current status updates and validate the reporting fields |
| Control diesel cost and machinery productivity | Tank reconciliation, client-entered savings calculator, pump authorisation, transaction evidence, hour-source labels, temporary-machine blocking, L/hour, unit cost, investigation closure, service due and breakdown views | Client-defined sample data + interactive POC | Live sensors, flow meters, QR/RFID, telematics, QTime, gateway sync, governed records, roles and audit trail |
| Compare programme revisions | Separate ATS/Hallson baselines plus Revision Compare for dates, progress, total float and criticality | Reference-backed baselines + illustrative update workflow | A genuinely later status programme, server-side extraction, persistence and approved matching rules |
| Review site photos, Insta360, video and OpenSpace beside programme | Separate four-section ATS and two-section Hallson media galleries with detail zoom, location navigation, local-file preview and guarded OpenSpace access | Client-supplied project images + interactive POC | Governed storage, permissions, verified capture metadata, spatial mapping and additional approved captures |
| Stage billing by unit and stage | Billing matrix, heatmap, unit detail, duplicate check | Interactive POC + ATS reference layout | Final unit count/layout and persistent billing records |
| Billing, not contractor payment | Submitted vs architect-certified values | Scope corrected | Payment integration only if a verified source is later approved |
| Evidence behind figures | Clickable lineage into the document/workbook viewer | POC lineage demonstration | Real file storage, permissions, ingestion, and direct download |
| AI reads MoM and highlights actions | Meeting Minutes AI and Document Analyzer | Demo scenarios; API route available | Approved AI provider, prompt acceptance, audit log, and persistence |
| Structured reporting separate from billing | Monthly-report wizard plus a dedicated billing requisition flow | Interactive POC | Authentication, database writes, attachments, approvals, offline handling |
| Map and OpenSpace access | Map/OpenSpace links on portfolio rows | Client links included | Usage API synchronization and access control if required |
| Central Engineering separate | Independent sidebar portal and 208-project view | Interactive concept | Confirm whether it belongs in this contract/client deployment |
Plain-language acceptance statement
“The POC demonstrates the agreed workflows and presentation. Production acceptance will follow after the data sources, integrations, security, persistence, and audit controls listed above are connected and tested.”
