This build demonstrates the proposed construction-management experience using a client-workbook snapshot, reference documents, and interactive demo scenarios. It is ready for workflow and UI acceptance; it is not yet a production system or a live synchronization platform.
Nine portfolio rows, seven ATS Kajang workbook sheets, and the supplied Map/OpenSpace links are represented as a checked-in snapshot from the client files.
Navigation, project views, stage matrices, daily forms, duplicate checks, document lineage, and AI-style action outputs demonstrate the intended user journey.
Authentication, permissions, persistent database writes, automated Excel/MS Project imports, real file storage/downloads, approved AI configuration, and audit history remain to be delivered.
